What We Do

By working regionally, North West helps participating communities expand local public health capacity and make services more accessible across municipal boundaries.

We share staff, expertise, and resources across participating communities to strengthen local public health capacity.

Shared Public Health Services

We develop and support regional programs, trainings, and resources that respond to community health needs.

Community Health & Wellness

We bring local public health leaders together to share information, coordinate initiatives, and identify opportunities to work more effectively across communities.

Regional Collaboration

About Us

The North West Public Health Coalition was formed in 2021 through Massachusetts Public Health Excellence and Shared Services funding to strengthen municipal partnerships, expand services, and support regional public health programming.

The coalition brings together public health leadership from Acton, Dracut, Lowell, and Westford to share information and resources, develop regional initiatives, and manage shared services.
